Black Butterfly ‘Aura’ Classic Clarity 50’s Dress

The sweetheart neckline is more than that because of the pleating in the bust line. It almost looks like you’re showing more than you really are.
I typically wear a size 16-18 in Lane Bryant sizes and I feel like this dress is not only comparable in sizing but also in make; if not nicer. I actually have a vintage inspired dress from Lane Bryant and it is lot lined like this one is which to me is a sign of a quality garment.
If you want the poof at the bottom you will need to purchase a petticoat. Not only does this provide you with a more vintage look it also makes you look slimmer which I know I am always trying to achieve.
I can not say enough good things about this dress; my husband is even impressed and he typically couldn’t really care less about my clothes.
I do have to apologize for the video I have added for this dress; lighting to review a black dress is not as easy as you would think and my phone tried to focus a couple times for no reason but I still hope that it is helpful for you if you are considering purchasing this. I know I couldn’t be happier with it and can’t wait to wear it on one of the very few nights a year that we have a babysitter and my husband and I actually get to spend some time together.
