COOCHY PLUS Shave Cream

I have to admit when I was first asked to try this I said no just because of the name, I’m wondering now when I became a prude. I mentioned this to a couple of friends and they said, “you have to try it, it’s amazing”. I responded to peer pressure and here I am writing a review for something called Coochy Plus. 🙂
First, the tube is huge, you get a lot more than I anticipated. When I tried it the first thing I noticed is the scent, at first I have to admit that I didn’t like it but I think it is because I’m not use to scented items, Typically when I shave I use Dove soap followed by Bikini Zone which has been a perfectly fine combination but this does a much better job. When I was done shaving I actually liked the scent so that was no longer an issue.
The biggest difference just in initial use between the Coochy Plus and shaving cream and soap is that there is no lather which took me a bit to get use to. I felt like I had to use a lot of it but again, that could be because I am not use to this product.
When I was done shaving my skin was noticeably smoother than using any other product I’ve used in the past. Even in my video review I put it on the back of my hand and when I wiped it off I noticed my hand was super soft. My shave seemed to last at least a day longer than usual if not longer which is obviously a good thing. I didn’t notice any bumps or irritation, also a good thing, and I have fairly sensitive skin which includes eczema and I didn’t have any issue there either.
I will admit that this is still going to take some getting use to on my part and I’m interested to see how quickly I go through the tube but for now I really like the product. I do want to say that you need to make a point to double check the ingredients to make sure you are not allergic to anything that is in it (I show them on the video part of my review) but there are a lot of natural ingredients and my sensitive skin did fine.
I do believe Coochy Plus is going to be a to each his (her) own product but for now I’m impressed, if I could just get past the name. 🙂
